Lateral thinking is excellent for problem solving, because it always asks: „Is this a problem in the first place?“
Another feature: it lists all the assumptions made when looking at a problem.
Oftentimes, we work with false assumptions, because we apply what has always been done to this completely new problem.
Instead, lateral thinking allows us to think more „from scratch“.
Definetely a worthy skill, and I’m sure it’ll even be of higher worth in the future.
    Thanks for your post.
